Registration:

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment via bank transfer; all fees are your responsibility. We will send you our bank details as soon as we receive your pre-registration. Please be sure to include the reference “MASH’s + your name” with the transfer. Don’t forget to attach proof of eligibility if you qualify for a reduced rate.

Cancellation:

All cancellation requests must be sent to the logistics agency via email. A refund will be issued if the cancellation is received by September 15, minus an €80 processing fee. The refund will be processed within one month of the end of the conference. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Hotels:

Dinan is a small town with hotels that have few rooms. Due to the Route du Rhum race and the All Saints’ Day holiday, the number of available rooms is extremely limited. The conference has secured rooms at the hotels listed below; availability is not guaranteed and rooms will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis. All single rooms are €150 per night, including the tourist tax, plus €15 for breakfast. Payment is due at the time of booking via bank transfer, with all fees at your expense (bank details will be sent to you upon receipt of your request). Please be sure to include “MASH + your name and the hotel’s name.”
